FAQ

  • Yes. The Annual Membership Fee is $125. To help you get started, there is a $25 discount for your first year of membership. Please note that your first
payment will be higher because it also includes the applicable one-time NJ Real Estate Commission fees, such as the license transfer fee and the change
    of license type fee.*

*Your next annual membership fee will be waived with a successfully closed referral

  • Yes. Your license status will change to SLWRERC (Salesperson Licensed with a Real Estate Referral Company). To remain active, your licensed must be
    renewed
every 2 years with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. We will let you know when it's time to renew and send you a bill so that we
can submit payment on your behalf.

*NOTE: The state will hold an expired license for two (2) years from the expiration date on the license. If you do not reinstate during this two-year time
period your license may no longer be valid. This will result in having to take the licensing course and pass the state licensing exam again.

  • No. In fact, as a SLWRERC you are not permitted to join any Realtor association, including your local board or an MLS. That's one of the many perks of
joining Real Estate Referral Pros: You can keep earning commissions with way fewer fees.

  • Yes. You're allowed to refer a buyer or seller in any state. If you have a great agent in mind, fantastic. If not, we'll find a great agent for you.

  • Commissions are paid when a referral you have made closes on the purchase or sale of a home. Commission splits are paid as follows:

1st Referral: You will receive 70% of the total commission paid to RERP

2nd Referral: You will receive 75% of the total commission paid to RERP

3+ Referrals: You will receive 80% of the total commission paid to RERP
