Yes! However your license status will be as SLWRERC (Salesperson Licensed with a Real Estate Referral Company). You will continue to renew your
license every 2 years with the REC for $100.
No! In fact you're not permitted to join those memberships. That's what makes this so great. You're still able to earn commissions with way less fees!
Yes! As long as that agent is licensed in the state where you're referring the potential client. You are able to also refer any buyer or seller in a state other
than New Jersey! We'll find a great agent for you!
Commissions are paid when a referral you have made closes on the purchase or sale of a home. Commission splits are paid as follows:
1st Referral: 75% of the total commission paid to RERP.
2nd Referral: 80% of the total commission paid to RERP.
3rd and subsequent referrals in your membership year: 85%!

Real Estate Referral Pros Pricing
The process of joining Real Estate Referral Pros is easy and simple to do, however the forms and fees vary depending on your current license status. Please see the examples and information below to help determine what is needed to join Real Estate Referral Pros.
Annual Membership Fee WAIVED the following year if you had one commission producing referral in the preceding year.

NOTE: The state will hold an expired license for two (2) years from the expiration date on the license. If you do not reinstate during this two-year time period your license may no longer be valid, which will result in having to take the licensing course and pass the state licensing exam again. If you live outside the State of New Jersey, you will also need to complete and sign the NJREC Individual Irrevocable Consent to Service of Process – Page 4.
Additional documentation may also be required.
