As our licensed Broker of Record and a member of the National Association of Realtors and her local Board of Realtors, Rose is recognized for her deep expertise in the local market, strategic use of modern real estate technology and marketing, and a proven track record of successfully guiding clients through buying and selling properties. Marcy Ireland is a seasoned real estate professional with a distinguished 25-year career, recognized as an award-winning team lead and agent at the local, state, and corporate levels and is currently licensed as a Broker Salesperson with Home & Heart Realty. She is a Certified Brian Buffini Coaching Mentor ("Work By Referral: Live the Good Life!") and taught students for nearly a decade as a licensed Real Estate Instructor, demonstrating her commitment to educating the next generation of real estate professionals. Known for her integrity and leadership, Marcy has served on the local Board of Realtors Ethics Committee and is a proud recipient of the GSCBOR Peer Appreciation Award for her ethical, courteous, and professional interactions with fellow Realtors.
